The alliance of know-how and terroir

Val-Dieu Brut Cider is a premium brut cider, made from apples grown in the orchards of the Aubel region, renowned for the quality of its fruit production.

Its fine natural bubbles highlight delicate aromas of fresh apple, enhanced by subtle fruity notes. On the palate, it reveals a beautiful balance between freshness and character, before giving way to a dry, elegant, and particularly thirst-quenching finish.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, with friends, or paired with light cuisine. It will appeal to lovers of authentic and refined ciders.

Also available as Rosé Cider.

Val-Dieu Ciders

A meeting of tradition and terroir

Val-Dieu Brut Cider was born from the encounter between two leading names in the Liège region: Cidrerie Stassen, recognised for its cider-making expertise over several generations, and the Abbey of Val-Dieu, a symbol of exceptional brewing heritage.

Together, they showcase the richness of the Pays de Herve through a cider crafted with respect for tradition, using carefully selected local apples. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to quality and a common desire to promote Belgian know-how.
